Copywriting is a process. Check out my step-by-step guide here.

You might be a regular client of copywriters. Or else tempted to try a copywriting service for the first time. Either way my copywriting process aims to guide you through step by step.

Whether you’re interested in SEO website copywriting, mind-blowing blog writing, nifty newsletter copywriting or other online content, my copywriting process allows for a stress-free process.

And it goes like this:

Head over to my copywriter contact page. Either tap out your details on the copywriting enquiry form or ping me an email. Be sure to spill all for a brief description of your copywriting needs. It’s always good to know if you have tight deadlines involved or if the copywriting work is a bit unusual.

Then I’ll have a pretty good understanding of what your copywriting costs will be. Head over to my prices page to see if your budget and I can be friends.

I’m not the cheapest copywriter, nor of Saatchi standard, but you’ll find me a great copywriter who makes sure your investment reaps rewards.

If you’re ready to rock I’ll ask you to fill out my copywriting brief form. Think of it as a total ideas-dump. The better the brief, the better the result.

This information will allow me to start the hefty research on your brand, audience and copywriting needs. I no longer take briefs over the phone. This is the basis of a successful copywriting process.

Next I’ll send you a formal fixed price copywriting quote for the work. It will include full details of your project, accurate time-frames and an all-inclusive quote.

I ask for a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due on completion of copywriting work. Upon approval, I get set to go.

Now is the exciting part. I lock myself in my office and squirrel away to create captivating copy for you. My magic includes SEO keywords and headlines to draw your audience in.

Whilst word count depends on the context – no more, no less. I know the balance between interesting and exhausting your audience.

Upon your compelling copy being complete, I’ll share it with your eager eyes through a Word document or Google Docs. Now is the chance for you to feedback on any part you’d like me to tweak. The best news is that most clients don’t need it.

I set a 2-week time limit on revisions.

When you’re happy with the captivating copy I’ll send over the final version. Now it’s yours to do with whatever you want. All that’s left is to settle the remaining invoice balance.

Then share your copy for the world to see.
